Since 2006, Matthias and Benoit, Masters Restaurateurs and Chefs of Alsace
Since 2006, Matthias and Benoit, Masters Restaurateurs and Chefs of Alsace, have been working together to share their cuisine full of passion and freedom: fresh seasonal products, selected with local partners, enable them to have fun while revisiting regional classics and give them Asian accents. An authentic cuisine that also starts on the spot with the creation of a vegetable garden dedicated to their creations and their love of the terroir raw products . Benoit, also a beekeeper, has installed a few apiaries in the Alisiers to obtain a special harvest that concentrates the good energies of the place.
Caroline, the sommelier, supports this approach with a sharp selection of wines from Alsace and anywhere else that can extend the journey of taste. With all three together, they really enjoy telling a story for each dish that comes to be part of their original desire of maintaining a lively and spontaneous place.
